All you hear about is how stressful buying a house is, but I can honestly say Erin made the entire process easy and fun

When we found the house we wanted Erin helped us through the whole offer process with different options to be competitive but also keep us comfortable. When our offer got accepted she negotiated with the sellers to get us everything we wanted.

She not only kept us up to date with new listings but was always available to schedule showings in a timely manner - sometimes at a moments notice

Now, having gone through the process, I would say the important thing is to find an agent that will advocate for you and that you can be confident has your your best interest in mind. Erin was this in every way and I cannot recommend her and the rest of the team at PHG highly enough!
