I went to a first time homebuyer workshop days before the covid shutdown in March, met Rachel, then entertained myself with the MLS for 2 months. When the market opened up again, we were off to the races! Overall my home shopping experience was wham, bam, thank you, ma’am, despite covid! Rachel was super communicative at all hours (I don’t think she sleeps) and made a total real estate newbie like me feel confident. She got me in to see a house overnight, found me a fabulous loan program, and we went under contract 24 hours later!
