Wrote a long review that didn't go through - round 2 because Rachel is worth it! Rachel helped my boyfriend and I buy our first home in Point Breeze. She's the best!! She's great to work with, fast communicator and never pushy. Exactly what I was looking for. I also appreciated her pointing things out in showings like "This countertop is great and will last forever" or "You will have to upkeep this exterior every year or two", etc. We love our new home but also are bummed we won't get to hang with Rachel on the regular anymore... :) And for what it's worth, my mortgage lender who had never worked with the PHG team before was SUPER impressed with their efficiency and follow-up. Says she doesn't usually work with teams that good. So kudos Rachel and squad!
