Rachel and I met 6 months prior to my official home search, she was incredibly detailed with her explanations and walked me through the whole homebuying process (this included houses in my price range and how much to expect at closing). She was clear on the six-month timeline and would check in once per month to ensure we were on track to hit our homebuying goals. Once our official home search started, Rachel showed us a variety of homes in our price range in the area we were looking for, she definitely understood exactly what we were looking for and adjusted the search based on our feedback. We actually wound up falling in LOVE with a house we saw at an open house while Rachel was out of the country on vacation, and this is where my review highlights just how AMAZING Rachel truly is. She was quick, responsive and worked with us to get an offer to the seller within 24 hours of seeing the house. While on vacation Rachel was there for us and helped us craft the right offer, which was accepted. Rachel also connected us to the team at Bryn Mawr Trust who are incredible and more than adept at ensuring all loan documentation is submitted and processed well within schedule. That was not the end however, Rachel and the PHG team were still with us through the negotiations and entire process following the signed agreement giving us advice and intelligently guiding us through this to help us feel secure and understand our choices. We honestly could not be happier and are so excited to move into our home. I don’t expect to buy another house anytime soon, but when the time comes we will absolutely seek out Rachel again. She just got exactly what we were looking for, and was there for us when the time came no matter what. Rachel was THE BEST person to help us through this process.
