I rarely, if ever, write reviews online - but Jeanne and her team did such a fantastic job that it truly merits it. My wife and I must've interviewed about 5-6 different agents to sell our home (including discounted and top-rated brokers/agents) and Jeanne clearly stood out. Her level of attention to the detail we sought in the data, her knowledge of the market, and her responsiveness was truly unique. What probably convinced me was when one of the competing agents said "if you're gonna go with anyone else, go with Jeanne and her team, they're truly great". And after that initial state, she lived up to all the expectations and exceeded them. As we were about to list, Covid-19 occurred and she kept us informed throughout, with updates and proactive plan of attacks. We had a cross-country move that was even more difficult with Covid-19, and Jeanne and her team stepped up to help us out. In the middle of a pandemic, Jeanne made sure our belongings were moved in a safe and responsible way. She had a Rolodex of contacts for making any small tweaks to the home being more presentable. And she kept a lookout for our home when we were over a thousand miles away. Once the home was listed, Jeanne kept a steady hand and voice in what was otherwise a hectic and anxious time. She gave her recommendations, even if in rare instances, it wasn't what we wanted to hear (which is what you truly want), and did so in such a professional matter. She would convince us with her experience and even in times where we agreed to disagree, she was extremely respectful. Once we got to the offer stage, she was super helpful in finding the right negotiating balance that is fair to all sides, so that no one loses trust in the transaction. Jeanne is truly great and we can't say enough good things about her. Other agents will highlight marketing capabilities but what really matters beyond that is finding an agent who is experienced, listens, knows how to negotiate and above all, treats you like a partner with an honest approach.
