She is the absolute best, we actually met through a virtual Yelp event a long time ago, where she gave a presentation on homebuying in Philly and I knew we had to connect. She was so easy to work with, *super* communicative which is exactly what you want in a realtor, and just really friendly and knowledgeable. We've had friends with some pretty bad experiences with homebuying, but we felt like ours was just so incredibly smooth and we owe like pretty much all of that to Kate. Kate had the best recommendations with everything we needed in the homebuying process, from lenders to house inspectors to our insurance broker, and she was so available to drive us from house to house and just really great at getting things scheduled and done. Kate was the absolute best person to work with, especially as first time homebuyers. We never felt like any question we were asking was stupid, and she also always answered honestly. She gave us straight answers on things about houses we were looking at, and was always just transparent with us which was so important. She also was a great negotiator for us, and knew how to coach us on what to ask for of sellers, and what offer to put up, etc. It was an absolute pleasure working with Philly Home Girls, and we for sure will be keeping in touch with Kate for anything we might need in the future real estate-wise. She is everything you'd want in a realtor, and just also such an open, accepting, and genuinely funny and kind person. We never felt judged or misled, or out of the loop.
