As first-time buyers, Kate encouraged us to look in different neighborhoods; some neighborhoods we never would've otherwise considered, where one of them is the neighborhood we now live in. She was thoughtful and honest with her opinions and feedback, and she guided us to make the best decisions we could for ourselves. She was also the most fun to be out and about with, knowing all the best spots in every neighborhood to point out! Kate was encouraging when we hit some bumps along the way, as we were going through our process during the COVID pandemic, and her responses were immediate, especially when she was addressing concerns or answering questions. She even helped guide us through a lot of the financing process, something she did not have to do.
